Non-Iron Bedding

Bedding by feature

Non-iron bedding

Some bedding is meant to be ironed; some is meant to look better if you never do. Cloud Cotton is a double gauze with a crinkle woven into it, and French linen is stonewashed so it arrives soft and relaxed. Wash, dry and put them straight back on the bed.

Meant to look lived in

The texture is the point: creases read as softness, not as a bed that needs pressing.

Questions about non-iron bedding

What bedding does not need ironing?

Cloud Cotton double gauze and our stonewashed French linen. Cloud Cotton has a crinkle woven in, and the linen is stonewashed, so both are designed to look relaxed straight from the dryer or the line.

Is crinkle bedding the same as double gauze?

Our crinkle bedding is Cloud Cotton, a double gauze: two fine 200 thread count cotton layers woven separately and joined, which gives the crinkled, soft texture.

How much is a non-iron double bedding set?

A Cloud Cotton double set of fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases is £79.90 in the colour combo builder. A French linen double set is £139.90.

Will the crinkle wash out?

No. The texture comes from how the two layers are woven and joined, not from a finish on the surface.

Can I iron Cloud Cotton if I want to?

You can, but it is designed not to need it; ironing flattens the texture that makes it soft.
