To ensure your return is successfully processed and approved for a refund to your original payment method, items must meet these conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of marks or odors.

  • Packaging: Must be in original product packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items marked as clearance or non-returnable are not eligible for a refund.
