Where We Ship

United Kingdom, Estonia, and all EU member states. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO).

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and local public holidays).

Delivery Timelines

  • Estonia: 1–3 business days
  • UK & Western EU: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

Customs & Taxes

  • EU: VAT included at checkout. No fees at delivery.
  • UK: All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price. No additional charges at delivery.

Gift Orders

No invoice is included in the parcel. Add a gift note at checkout and choose gift packaging if you are sending straight to the recipient — see gifting.

Important Note: Please ensure your address is accurate. Packages returned due to incorrect details, refusal, or unpaid customs will have return shipping charges deducted from the refund.

Email support@snoozyn.com to get return instructions. Items sent back without approval will be rejected.

Shipping Costs & Exchanges

  • Faulty/Wrong Item: 100% free return (report within 48h with photos).
  • Change of Mind: Buyer covers return labels. Place a new order online for quick size swaps.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale/clearance items, digital gift cards, customised or monogrammed items, and personal hygiene or opened care products.
