Delivery Costs
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked — free on every order

In Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Romania the rate is charged in your local currency at the day's exchange rate.
Where We Ship
United Kingdom, Estonia, and all EU member states. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military bases (BFPO).
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and local public holidays). Rugs and large throws can take longer to dispatch; the product page and your dispatch email confirm the timing.

- Estonia: 1–3 business days
- UK & Western EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands): 3–7 business days
- Nordic & Baltic (Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden): 3–7 business days
- Eastern EU (Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 5–10 business days

Customs & Taxes
- EU: VAT included at checkout. No fees at delivery.
- UK: All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price. No additional charges at delivery.
Gift Orders
No invoice is included in the parcel. Only pyjamas, nightshirts and robes ship in the Signature Gift Box at no extra cost; bedding, cushion covers and other small items ship in our standard recyclable packaging, with a gift box available from £2.90. Rugs and large throws ship rolled in protective wrap and don’t fit in a gift box. You can add a gift note at checkout if you are sending straight to the recipient — see gifting.
Home: Cushion Covers, Throws & Rugs
- Same delivery rates: cushion covers, throws and rugs ship at exactly the same rates as everything else. Large rugs ship free in the UK too, with no bulky-item surcharge.
- Shipped rolled: rugs and large throws ship rolled in protective wrap rather than boxed, and can take longer to dispatch than the usual 1–3 business days. The product page and your dispatch email confirm the timing.
- Same returns policy: the return windows and costs below apply to home items too.
- Returning a rug: please roll it (rather than fold it) and send it back in its original wrapping where possible.
Returns and refunds overview
Return Windows
- 14-Day Statutory Right: Cancel/return for any reason within 14 days (UK & EU).
- Extended 30-Day Window: Brand new, unused items with tags attached in original packaging.
How to Return
Email support@snoozyn.com with your order number. UK and Estonian customers get a prepaid return label by email; everyone else gets the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval will be rejected.
Shipping Costs & Exchanges
- Faulty/Wrong Item: 100% free return (report within 48h with photos).
- Change of Mind — UK & Estonia: Free. We email you a prepaid return label, whatever the reason.
- Change of Mind — rest of the EU: Buyer covers return postage.
- Swaps: Place a new order online for the size or colour you want.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital gift cards, customised or monogrammed items, and personal hygiene or opened care products.
Fabric swatch packs aren't covered by free or 30-day returns. Your 14-day statutory right to cancel still applies, at your own postage cost.
