For Business

For business

Someone else has to sleep in it.

Twelve rooms, one holiday let, a treatment couch, or two hundred boxes going out with your name on them. We quote business orders as jobs, not discount codes — you send the list, a person prices it, and the lead time comes attached to the number.

Quoted by a person, usually within a working day. We’re in Tallinn, two hours ahead of London.

Cream Cloud Cotton bedding dressed on a bed beneath arched windows.

Hotels, B&Bs and boutique stays

A guest mentions the bed in the review whichever way it goes. What you buy is what everyone else buys: 200 TC percale, double-layer Cloud Cotton, 460 TC sateen and stonewashed French flax, Single through Super King, with fitted sheets cut to 35 cm as standard and deeper if your mattresses are deeper.

Send the room count, the bed sizes and the mattress depths. That is enough for a price.

Plain Cotton percale is the one that takes a commercial wash and comes back looking like itself. Linen creases, permanently, and always will — that is a twelve-room fabric with a story, not a forty-room fabric with a laundry contract. Better said now than after the first wash.

All of it, by fabric and size: the full bedding range.

Short-lets and holiday rentals

One flat or forty, the maths is identical: two sets per bed so one is always on and one is always in the wash, and the ability to buy the same thing again in eighteen months when a guest ruins one.

Tell us the properties and the bed sizes and we will price the whole rotation, spares included, rather than one set at a time.

Pillows are the item that gets replaced rather than rescued. Price a spare set in from the start and turnover day stops being a scramble.

Sheets and cases on their own: fitted sheets, pillowcases, inserts.

Spas, clinics and wellness

Start with what we do not make: no towelling, no waffle robes, no treatment-couch covers, no table linen. If that is the list you arrived with, we will say so in the reply rather than take a week of your time.

What we do have is the part that touches a face. Sateen pillowcases for treatment couches and blow-dry chairs, mulberry silk eye masks for treatments and for the retail shelf, and silk robes for suites where the robe is part of the room rather than part of the laundry.

Want to stock us on your shop floor rather than use us back of house? That is a different conversation and we are open to it — say so in the enquiry.

The full silk range: mulberry silk. What each fabric is and is not: the fabric guide.

Corporate gifting and events

Client gifts, staff milestones, wedding parties, a conference gift that does not get left in the hotel room. Every order already arrives in a Signature Gift Box at no charge, with a gift note added at checkout.

At volume we quote the boxing, the note cards and the shipping as one line rather than as a surprise at the end — and we can ship to one address or to a list of them.

Monogrammed pieces cannot be returned; they are stitched for one person. On a run of gifts that means we confirm every spelling with you in writing before a needle goes near anything.

Browse by budget: under £50, under £100, everything.

What changes when you’re buying for a business.

Three things, and none of them is a login. The catalogue, the fabrics and the sizes are the same ones on the rest of the site — what moves is how it is priced, what we will put your name on, and what we will make that isn’t listed.

Batch orders are quoted, not coded.

There is no trade code and no published discount ladder, because a six-room order in one colourway and a two-hundred-box gift run are not the same job. Send the list — quantities, sizes, fabric if you know it, the date it has to land — and you get unit prices with a lead time on them.

If buying it off the shelf costs you less, we will say so. That happens at small volumes and it is not a trick question.

Your name, stitched by hand.

We monogram everything we sell — pillowcases, duvet covers, robes, eye masks, sleepwear — hand-embroidered in our London atelier. A property crest, a room name, a set of initials per suite, a recipient’s name on every gift in a run.

Because it is hand work, volume changes both the price and the lead time. That is a number we will quote you, not a no. See the threads and lettering.

Sizes and colours that aren’t on the site.

Eighty-one colourways sampled across four fabrics, and the ones listed are not the limit. A bed size we don’t stock, a fitted sheet for a mattress past fifteen inches, a colourway we’ve sampled but never listed — all made to order rather than refused.

Bring a colour reference and we will tell you honestly whether the mill can match it before you plan a room around it.

Before you put us on a procurement list.

The things a buyer finds out eventually. We would rather you found them out now, on this page, than three emails in.

  • No fabric certification.Audited factories, audits on file, recyclable plastic-free packaging. No OEKO-TEX, no GOTS, no organic certification. If your procurement process needs a certificate, we do not have one to give you yet.
  • No published minimum, no published lead time. Both come with the quote. We would rather give you a date we can hold than a number that looks good on a page.
  • Not everything is bedding. No towelling, no treatment-couch linen, no table linen, no aprons. Bedding, sleepwear, robes, eye masks and gifting — that is the list.
  • Inserts are synthetic.Every woven fabric we sell is pure cotton or French flax. The duvet and pillow inserts are a down-alternative fill, and we say so rather than let “natural” do the work.
  • Retail prices are shown here on purpose. The “from” prices on this page are what a member of the public pays, so you can see the range before you ask. A business quote is a separate number, and it depends on the job.

How a business order actually runs.

You send the list. Rooms, units or heads; bed sizes; fabric if you have a view; and the date it has to land. Rough is fine — we will ask for the rest.

A person reads it. Same inbox as everything else, a reply within a working day on weekdays. Not a portal, not a ticket number.

You get a quote: unit prices, the finish, what embroidery adds, and a lead time we can hold. If we cannot make the date, that is in the first reply, not the last.

Sample first where it matters — one set, at retail price, before you commit the rest. Then we confirm the order and the date in writing.

Got it. It’s with a person.

Someone will read it properly and come back within a working day, weekdays, Tallinn time. If it is a big list, the first reply may be a question or two before the price — that is us getting it right rather than guessing.

While you wait, there is the fabric comparison, or a bed to build in your own colours.

Tell us what you’re buying for.

Enough to price it is enough to send. If you do not know the fabric yet, that is fine — picking it is half of what we are for.
