Contact Us

Tell us what’s keeping you up.

A wrong size, a late parcel, a colour you can’t decide on at eleven at night. Whatever it is, a real person reads every message — usually the same one, usually within a day.

Or reach us another way, any time.

support@snoozyn.com

Best for anything with an order number on it — tracking, returns, a swap.

Replies within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekends and public holidays, the next working day.

Instagram DM

Best for the quick ones. Does this green work with that green? Is this too dark for a small room?

We’re in the inbox most days, though email is the surer route.

+372 5889 6673

Best when it’s easier to just say it out loud than to type it.

Weekday working hours. We’re in Tallinn, two hours ahead of London — so ring us in your morning.

0161 830 8692

Our UK line, if you’d rather not dial abroad. It reaches the same desk.

Weekday working hours, UK time. If no one picks up, leave a message or email — we’ll come back to you.

Some of it is already written down, if you’d rather not wait for us:

Or just write it down here.

Tell us roughly what it’s about and we’ll know what to have open before we reply.

What’s it about?

One thing worth knowing. If you’re sending something back, email us first — anything posted to us without approval gets rejected at the door, and we’d hate that for both of us. One message and we’ll send the address and sort the label. The full returns terms.

We’ll only ever use this to answer you. No list, no newsletter, nothing else.

What happens after you press send.

It lands in one inbox, and a person opens it. Not a queue, not a ticket number, not a bot with a name.

If it’s about an order, we look it up first — so the reply arrives with the tracking already in it rather than asking you for the number again.

You get an answer within a day, weekdays. If you write to us at 3am, we were asleep too. You’ll hear from us first thing.

Got it. It’s in the inbox.

Someone will read it properly and write back within a day — weekdays, Tallinn time. Keep an eye on the address you gave us, and do check the spam folder once, just in case.

In the meantime, there’s a bed to build, or the questions everyone asks.
