Black bedding
Black in Plain Cotton percale is a true, deep black. For a shade softer there is Charcoal, in Silky Cotton sateen and in linen, and Smoke, a warm dark grey. Black looks sharpest against a pale sheet.

Questions about black bedding
Do you sell black bedding sets?
Yes. Build one in the colour combo builder: a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases in Plain Cotton Black is £59.90 for a double and £49.90 for a single. Black ships as standard; it is not made to order.
What colour sheets go with a black duvet cover?
Off white gives the sharpest contrast. Smoke or charcoal make a quieter, tonal bed. One warm colour on the pillows, such as mustard, keeps a black bed from feeling heavy.
Is there a black and white bedding set?
Yes. The Plain Cotton two-tone set combines black, smoke and white, from £34.90. For a white bed with a fine black line, Cloud Cotton Black Pinstripe is made to order and ships in 3 to 6 days.
